You also want one that is good quality and will last you a while.

Couches can be expensive and sometimes you don’t want to invest that much into it especially if you are moving. Futons are great alternatives because they act like couches, but can turn into beds when you have a guest over. If you are on a super tight budget then you can even use the futon as a main bed. We don’t recommend this as most futons aren’t comfortable for extended nights, but sometimes you have to make due with what you have.
